Excellent check with car park instructions. Parking underground opposite hotel 5 mins walk and good value 10 euros for 24 hrs pay at hotel Excellent location for all main attractions also train station over the road Staff very friendly and helpful
Room itself a good size but needs updating. Decor looks worn and bed sheets look old with a few small stains on. Not what I'd hoped for with the name of hotel! Breakfast just awful. Tables crammed in we had to keep disturbing people to get to our table! There was a small gluten free bread section but no cereal. No water in the room had to get cans of it from reception

What was the highlight of Le Grand Hotel
A very nice hotel in the centre of Tours which we would use again.
Good disabled facilities in the bathroom, both the bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and comfortable. Good sized bed, and a bonus to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A very good location withing the centre of Tours. The hotel decor was nice and very clean. The price for the pet and the parking was very reasonable.
If parking was requested via email as was the case with ourselves it would have been a good idea to have sent us a map or details of where the underground car park was. It was very difficult to find and the member of staff on duty was not too good at giving directions to it. Had we had a map in advance it would have alieviated time and unnecessarily driving around the location to find it.
